- 2 Eggs
- Small amount of fresh onion finely chopped

- Save jucie of samon.
- Seperate bones from samon.
- Tear bread in small pieces.
- Combine ingredients and mix.
- Make inch thick patties (5-6) and fry on small amount of oil.
